Middle James River Chapter
The Middle James River Chapter of the ASV consists of both professional archaeologists and others having a strong interest in archaeological investigations, history and past work in the area of Virginia between Lynchburg and Charlottesville, and other areas in proximity. Members include local residents and others from across Virginia. All can join the regular Chapter meetings, lectures, and occasional lab and field events.
Additionally, your participation is always encouraged at meetings if you would like to present a short talk on a site around you or one that you’re interested in, or just come to learn from the guest speakers.
